APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
In your 1 to 2 page proposal, please address the following questions. At this point in the process, it is okay if your ideas are not fully fleshed out, but please do your best to help us understand what is motivating your participation in Forge and what you hope to achieve through it.

• Briefly describe your proposed project. What are you hoping to create with assistance from the Forge process and with potential prize money? (i.e. “What are you trying to do?”)
• Describe the desired outcomes of your project. (i.e. “What does success look like?”)
• Describe how you are striving to connect your most deeply held values with your field of study through innovative redemptive action. (i.e. “Why is this important to you?)
• What do you need help with throughout this process?

These questions have been updated to clarify the original prompts. If you have begun your application with the previous prompts, there is no need to change it to the new questions. Your application will be treated the same regardless of the prompts utilized.
